This is a playground to test code. It runs a full Node.js environment and already has all of npm’s 1,000,000+ packages pre-installed, including koa-addpushheader with all npm packages installed. Try it out:

KOA Parser middleware for `this.body`. Finds local URLs and adds them to the `Link` HTTP header. HTTP/2 reverse proxies like nghttpx then push these resources to the client.
