This is a playground to test code. It runs a full Node.js environment and already has all of npm’s 1,000,000+ packages pre-installed, including gulp-app-cache-builder with all npm packages installed. Try it out:

gulp-app-cache-builder v1.0.3

Inspects a C# project file and generates an application cache manifest for included items. It allows the use of an ExcludeString to filter included items that are not needed in the manifest.
