This is a playground to test code. It runs a full Node.js environment and already has all of npm’s 1,000,000+ packages pre-installed, including grunt-syncpack with all npm packages installed. Try it out:

Synchronize and put only newer files into a temporary folder, use any compression plugin on these files then merge to relase folder, compatible with any gurnt plugin since no specific tweak needed.
